Mr. Ajay Yadav the founder Chairman of Advance India Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd.(AIBPL), India’s one of the emerging developers, has his own rich experience in the Real Estate sector. AIBPL is being controlled, encouraged and monitored by its chairman, Mr. Ajay Yadav, is always keeping principles of high values and ethics. He cares the youth, he made some effort to show that his thoughts mattered and the generation has contemplated him as a ‘Youth icon’. His career has started in corporate and business houses, and which was his teething stage in his career. Finally he has realised that Real estate is his play ground. He has proven his faculty in Real estate Secondary market in Delhi NCR and always blessed with fertility and productivity. He gives more dominancy in humanitarian activities. He has decorated many positions like the President of Manav Adhikar Association (Human rights association) in Gurgaon area, vice president of Z Park Co-operative Housing Society and the youth club of Faridabad and Gurgaon. Social Engagements Mr. Ajay Yadav afinds time to spend with struggling victims of drugs and diseases for their survival. He himself put in hard with many de-addiction centre and rehabilitation centres. His prayer is always for a paragon generation, only which can keep the bountifulness and cultures of our nation. His contributions to a blind school in Delhi-NCR are well noted in which he takes a lot of interest. Plants in a city can provide quantitative benefits, in the form of financial return, as well as qualitative environmental, social and aesthetic benefits. They are not mutually exclusive and the integrative value of greenery in a built environment should be appreciated no matter they are quantitative or qualitative ones. Mr. Ajay Yadav believes in this and hence he becomes a role model in this. He never slips to plant a tree for every birthday of his employees. He started a tree plantation drive in Delhi-NCR by opening an association. With growing pollution and ecological imbalance there is an urgent need of planting more and more trees. Mr. Yadav is a firm believer of women empowerment. He also stresses on the need of child education which will subsequently make India a developed country. Mr. Yadav wishes that India becomes a country of international standards and for that to happen, we need to eradicate corruption and pollution and at the same time stress on women empowerment and ensure that every child in India has the fortune of attending school. Being the unpretentious son, Mr. Yadav is dedicating all his achievements to his parents, wife and to mother earth. He knows very well that, god cannot be everywhere and hence God sent parents. He was also a Guest Panelist with a few very esteemed group of real estate giants and spoke at length about the challenges faced by the customers and how can a real estate developer look to be more customer centric and was honored in many functions in the locations like Rewari, Bhiwadi, Dharuhera and Gurgaon.
